What does this mean?

What is happening?
In accordance with the communications we've sent over the past four months, we are systematically shutting down the servers that are responsible for BoldChat's V2 system. If you still have chat button or visitor monitoring code on your web pages associated with the V2 system, you should replace that code if you wish to continue to use BoldChat's live chat capabilities. You can do so by starting a free trial of BoldChat's latest V5 offering at www.boldchat.com.
Why is this happening?
In early 2004, we released a significant upgrade to the BoldChat platform, and ceased adding functionality to the V2 system. Over the past four years, the V5 functionality has continued to become more robust and the time has come to retire the V2 system.
What do I do?
